So the Rubric grading is only accessible by mouse rollover, and not by keyboard. this means 90% of the activity is not accessible for rubric grading.
So I went to look at it in Moodle. Turns out it all works fine in Moodle. Is there anyway to get a fix for this or was there a change to the Assignment plugin that broke the Accessibility at some point?

Hi Nate,
This sounds like a bug. It is likely that there was a theme change that caused an issue. Assuming you can replicate the issue in a core theme, could you please report the issue (including the Totara version and core theme's affected) and we'll look further into it.

I attached a gif using the Basis theme showing I can only use the mouse to select the blocks.
The keyboard only selects the text boxes.
on Moodle you have full keyboard access to the entire grid to select and navigate using the tab. right now screen readers can't read any of this grid either as it slips directly to the text entry as well.

Forgot to mention we are on 9.7 and I tested this on the basis theme and it seems to affect any theme applied.
