Overview

A new feature, along the lines of rating system, which would allow users to rate courses and send recommendations to other users on the site. These recommendations could be sent to one user, a group of colleagues, team, etc.

The suggestion would be to have a block which could also be added to the dashboard, for example, displaying "Recommended courses".

There could also be a new column in the Course Catalog which could show a star rating (where rated), or recommended courses could have an icon to signal that this course is recommended.
