If an editor/trainer creates a seminar event it is added to their personal calendar. The creator of the event may not be attending or have any further involvement with it.

It is a relatively lengthy manual process to remove many such events from a personal calendar (enrolling & unenrolling) so it makes sense to have the option, for event creators, not to have the events added to their calendar.
