Hopefully a relatively small and therefore easy to implement addition to the appraisal tool. There has been a request for the ability to add a "Web 2.0" style pop-up information box about each item of an appraisal, much the same as the built in help / information next to a lot of fields in the settings pages of most activities. I assume it would simply become an additional field in the setup for each item, possibly with a check box to enable or disable on a per item basis. Is this a possibility? Would anyone else find it useful?
