This release fixes a critical bug in Totara 1.1.15 and 1.1.16 which affects file downloads and SCORM/flash for users of Internet Explorer 8 on sites using full SSL.

You only need to install this update if you have upgraded to either 1.1.15 or 1.1.16, and your site uses full SSL (not just SSL on login).

This bug does not affect the Totara 1.0 series.
