Just to give a bit of background - the issue is that the display of the list of hierarchies loses its structure so the "tree" disappears and all items appear at the top level (and with a repeating background image obscuring the text).

Note that this is purely a visual effect - the data is still stored correctly and everything else will function normally. You can still see each item's parent by viewing or editing the individual organisation.
