Totara 2.4.16.1 (emergency release) Released 3rd February 2014

Totara 2.4.16.1 is an "emergency" release, being released ahead of schedule because it includes an important fix for an issue introduced in 2.4.16 that breaks the display of hierarchy items (organisations, positions, and competencies).

Anyone on 2.4.16 is advised to upgrade to this release immediately, and if you are still on a lower version you should bypass 2.4.16 and upgrade directly to 2.4.16.1 instead.

Just to give a bit of background - the issue is that the display of the list of hierarchies loses its structure so the "tree" disappears and all items appear at the top level (and with a repeating background image obscuring the text).

Note that this is purely a visual effect - the data is still stored correctly and everything else will function normally. You can still see each item's parent by viewing or editing the individual organisation.
