Totara 2.6.3 is a snapshot release containing bug fixes and improvements.

Credit goes to James Marshall and Jamie Smith for resolving the Articulate SCORM problem. If you are experiencing difficulties displaying Articulate Storyline SCORMS in devices like iPads, this release adds a new display setting for such SCORMS of "New window (simple)" which should resolve the problem.
