automatic enroll in course based on audience

I am trying to find a way to automatically enroll users in an specific audience into a course.

for example:

New users all are dynamically placed in an audience and they are all enrolled into "X" course.

or: All users in an audience based on company department get auto enrolled into a course.

As a side question. it seems only site administrators can enroll audiences in courses everyone else, even course creators, can only add by search. is there a fix for that? I already changed everything I could find for that role in SiteAdmin>Users>Permissions>Define Roles.

Hi Nate,

Probably the best way to do this is to use the 'Enrolled learning' tab in the Audience.

The Site manager role can enroll audiences into courses, I think it would be worthwhile checking if the roles you are looking at are site-wide first, and then checking the capabilities.

Oh man that is exactly what I was looking for. I saw how to do it when I created the course and after the facet but this is what we had someone asking for specifically. Perfect.
