I'm having problems with the course completion report.
In my course A , I have included the completion of course B as a condition prior to this course being marked as complete.
However, one of my users has already completed course B, but it’s not
ticked in the completion report of course A, given that she already finished the courses (A and B) and the progress bars are already marked as complete.

I've upgraded your account to that of a Totara Subscriber. Im not quite clear on what's going on here - are you saying the user completed course A first?

I tried this on v9 of Totara and the completed course B was added to the course A that had a condition of completing course B. (see screen below)
Is the user a learner in both courses and does the course A have a dependency of course B in the completion report ?
You said course A is already marked as complete but how did this happen if this relies on course B being completed - was RPL used?
