One-time attendance required for face-to-face sessions

Hi Everyone,

Is there a way for the system to recognize that a learner has already attended a face to face session. For example:

Face to Face : Workshop 101
Number of sessions: 2
Session 1: 9AM - 10AM
Session 2: 10AM-11AM

Employee A has already attended Session 1. What we are looking for is that when I allocate users for Session 2, Employee A shouldn't be on the list of potential users whom I can reserve a slot.

Is there a way to set-it up like this? Currently, we're using Totara 2.9.

Hi Je-anne,

Have you enabled 'Allow multiple sessions signup per user'? If you haven't then when you try to add a user who's already attended it will be flagged. If you want to remove the user from the list of potential attendees before this happens then it would probably require a new feature/improvement.
