What do you mean by 'site wide notification templates'? I'm fairly new to the product want to understand where the templates are configured.

Face-face notification templates (in 2.9) are managed here: Home / ► Site administration / ► Plugins / ► Activity modules / ► Face-to-face / ► Notification templates

Just never really dug into that before, that is is awesome. Found it in Site administration ->Seminars ->Notification templates in 9.5

Agree with Kevin not sure exactly what you mean as i have just backed up and restored my template, with you, worried now that the notifications need work?

Perhaps a screencast to demo what it is??

Hi Jo,

No worries about the existing courses, we've updated the notifications in those. But unless/until the Totara team decide to change this 'backup/restore' behaviour, you do need to add this step into your restore process (as described by Alice above).

We'll contact you today, to clarify.
