Hi,
Whenever an Admin or a Manager schedules reports for other users in the organization, the users would receive an email which will include a link to view the report online [with the proper content in context with their user] and an excel attachment which will include the content in context with the user who generated the schedule.
Is there a way to drop the attachment and only send the link to the online report ? Or send a relevant excel to fit with the receiver's content ?
