Created a few messages on the template - one for appraisal activation and others for various reminders of stages etc.
No matter what I try the only one that goes out is the initial activation message - ive tried various combinations of x days before /after etc...but no messages seem to go out to the learner apart from the activation message? Any thoughts?

This doesn't seem to be a problem with the mail not being delivered correctly as the first message got through. I tried Send immediately and recipients as learner for the stage completion with nothing ticked in the stage sending option. The message was received immediately I completed the Setup stage. Are you able to create a ticket in Helpdesk to investigate further.
