Hi all, 

I've got a problem with questions and dependences and can't find a solution.

I've got a question, let's call it "A", that asks to grade a course on a scale of 1 to 4 (1 very bad, 2 bad, 3 good, 4 very good). 

In case someone rates 1, a free text question "B" (with dependency set to value 1 from previous question) shows up in the next page to ask to explain why. After submitting an explanation, he/she accesses question "C".

If one rates 2, 3, or 4 to question "A" should jump directly to the question "C", but this doesn't happen. He/she gets sort of a blank screen where  can do nothing but proceeding (see screenshot). Basically, this is the same screen that gets the person that has rated 1, without the possibility to write.  This of course is confusing and annoying. I tried to make the dependent question ("B") non-mandatory but that didn't change anything.

Is there a way to avoid this page to show up for those who do not answer 1?
