Been doing a deep dive into competencies, learning plans and evidence to support performance management in our given vertical (Retail Pharmacy - where comptenice).
Firstly we want to stop regular learners creating their own Learning Plans. This sho
Secondly we don't want learners to add competencies (or courses if enabled) to their plan.
We'd like the UI elements and underlying permissions to restrict those actions to just their Manager.
A learners interaction with the plan should be restricted to adding comments and linked evidence to the plan.
I'd be very interested in hearing advice / suggestions on this.
