I'm testing Totara Learn 10.4 before we can do client upgrades to this version. But one of the issues I can't seem to fix is the HR import.
For testing reasons I've used a couple of user.csv files, one with about 100 users, one with about 20 and one with only 1 user.
When I upload the documents with 20 and 1 person into our test environment with Totara 9.9 there is no problem, it works. I also tried the one with only 1 user on an environment of a client that is not live yet, they're on 10.2, works just fine.
But when I try it on two sites we have for testing reasons on 10.4 it doesn't work. Also I only get the littlest feedback in the log:

With this nothing is imported.
Who can give me the right direction to get this working, both importing and logging properly? I need to give a Go/No Go for the upgrades this monday, so please help me out!
