We've recently seen this error message (auth/apache_no_user_error), for a number of our learners. It's an isolated group but currently we can't decern what's the common factor - aside from recently changing our login process to remove our PSD card from the process.


Has anyone else experienced this error or can provide some insight?

Hi John,

Can you ask your Totara partner to submit a support ticket? Im reasonably sure the change in the login process is responsible for this.
