We are starting to deploy learning plans with linked competencies and are running into a couple of UI problems that don't fit with our learners / managers.

One specific issue is the "Actions" icon displayed on the right of each competency row. It's a small bar chart that links to a page that we do NOT want to present to users, as it exposes elements that we are not interested in showing.

I can hide the cell contents with CSS but, ideally, I'd like to turn this entire column / actions OFF via configuration.

Does anyone know if this is possible?
