We have previously used site wide trainer permissions but this causes issues for trainers when they need to be learners on some courses.
We have around 100 trainers who all train around 20 courses so adding them to the courses they train individually is tricky. Is there any way I can CSV upload trainers to courses?

Hi Anthony,
You can upload a CSV to Users>Accounts>Upload Users with the following column headings: username,course1,role1. For the course enter the course short name and for the role enter the role short name. To enrol to multiple courses use new column headings e.g. course2,role2 etc.
For example your CSV file may look like:

|---|---|---|---|---|
| jjones | hs101 | teacher | hs102 | teacher |
When you upload you have an option to select "Upload type", choose "Update existing users only" and click upload.
