i was wondering if any of you would be willing to share best practices on how you organize your global trainers who are not Managers so that they are able to see, assign and monitor training for users that are not part of their down reports? Things that i have tried and have not worked
*Job Assignments
*Temp Manager
Other than putting them at the very top of the hierarchy are there any OTHER solutions that you have found worked for you?
