The course reports is not a report builder report - so there is limited ability to modify this.

The fields that are displayed in the report are selectable under Site admin > Users > permissions > User policies > Show user identity

The available field is ID number - I can create a feature request to add the Totara ID number field to the ones available under show user identity.

Are there other fields you would like to see here too?
