I tried myself many times and really need someone to recommend.
please help to descrbe me on,
1. how to import shortname column, there is no 'shortname' on 'Fields to import'.
2. how to use 'manager jobassignment idnumber'
3. Can we import 'Temporary manager' through job assignment hr import?

The HR Import introduced a separate Job assignment source the job assignment shortname can be substituted for the job assignment idumber and possibly the fullname.
The field manager jobassignment idnumber is used if manageridnumber is set to on and updateidnumbers is off. This is the idnumber of the job assignment of the user's manager.
The temporary manager isn't a field available in the HR Import unfortunately.

just a little more quiery on how can I set manageridnumber on/off? now I have data in manageridnumber column and leave the manager jobassignment idnumber col as blank. How or When I need to put data on manager jobassignment idnumber?

You would need to put data in the managerjobassignmentidnumber if the manager has more than one job assignment and you aren't automatically assigning job assignments.
When you first setup the job assignment element there is an option to update ID numbers - if set to No then the job assignment number in the import will be searched for a matching job assignment value and updated.
Have you already got the job assignments setup with job assignment id numbers if so then see job assignment documentation
I am not sure of your scenario or version of Totara but hopefully the documentation will help provide answers for your case.
