The Record of Learning : Courses and Record of learning: Programs are embedded reports. 

1. If you duplicate  these reports and make the Content setting Show user's own records 
2. Allow all users to view the report
   
3. Check these look OK. 
   
4. Copy the URL
   
5. You can then turn off the Record of Learning feature under Advanced features
   
6. You can then add the URL's copied to the main menu
