Hey Charity - Did the user tour "play" automatically on the course page? If not, then there might be something wrong with what you're targeting/settings:
- Check that the UT is enabled
- Check that the course is correct '/course/view.php?id=x' where x is the course id
- Check that there's valid tour steps
- Check that the correct roles are targeted
- If using a different theme, use "?theme=basis" or "&theme=basis" at the end of the URL to see if it's a theme issue
