Thanks to everyone who attended the webinars this month. For those who missed it, you can find the recording here.
Blended Learning Design is a broad topic so I'm sure many of us across the Totara Community will have ideas and suggestions on how to optimise the blend of activities to meet the needs of your audience and the desired learning outcomes.
So please do post them here, together with any thoughts on how we can better facilitate collaboration and sharing across the Community.
In the meantime, here are a few further resources on best practice in blended learning:
- More Than Blended Learning - Clive Shepherd - very focused on the workplace and is brought to like in the Skills Journey
- Essentials for Blended Learning: A Standards-Based Guide - Jared Stein - Education sector oriented but useful guidance
- The Really Useful eLearning Instruction Manual: Your toolkit for putting elearning into practice - Editor Rob Hubbard, including a chapter from me :-)
Thanks again,
Lars
