Does anyone have any experience or usage case on Totara Learn as a Document Management System (DMS)? Any inputs, ideas or best practices you can share for DMS?
Additionally, any ideas on integrating Outlook with TL for sharing documents via Outlook and simultaneously store them in TL?
Any advice or idea will be very appreciated!

I have seen Totara used as a CMS. The one consideration I can think of is how much information do you require on tracked document changes? Presentation of the docs and tracking user access is pretty straight forward, but there is not a sign-off/approval procedure built-in for releasing changed versions of docs. I haven't seen an Outlook integration specifically, though other partners may have developed something.
