Not able Install Totara Social in windows

HI 

I am installing the social in windows ENV with wamp server

 I am getting the below error while installation  social.

"lastcoredata" failed ugrade.

I have shared screen shot and wamp server config.

Hi,


I have solved the Issue this Error due to Elastic Server Version i have installed Elastic server version 6.x due to this reason i am getting the Error. so I have Downgraded Elastic Server Version 5.x installation.
