Hi Amr

There isn't a report builder source for the Feedback activity - there is a Report available when you select  the Feedback in the course as an administrator

This report is exportable for further analysis - it is also possible to use the same Feedback activity for several courses by adding the Activity to the Frontpage and mapping courses to the activity. The report above will be available across courses that it is mapped to and individual courses can be selected to analyse the responses.

Regards

Hi Amr

It is possible to select Backup for a Feedback Activity in a course and then use the restore into an existing course and select the Frontpage course (this is the one with the sitename)

However if you try and backup another course and restore to Frontpage another activity is created

There is a feature request to add a report for Feedback at https://totara.community/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=19156 that you can add your support for.

We are struggling with the quality of the report that is generated in excel.  Is it possible to export the report to PDF including the graphs etc.

Hi Jane

This report  doesn't have an export to PDF option as it is not a Report Builder report.

I am not sure what you mean by the quality of the report in Excel isn't good and how saving this to pdf will help improve this.

If you are wanting to save the screen to pdf then you can right click on the page in the browser and select print and then select pdf as the printer.

Thank you Craig - that's really useful.  This export allows you to see the graphs as well as the data.  you can also export to one note and manipulate the data from there.
