I'm really struggling getting information and reports out to all appraisers.
We have approx. 700 on our site but I can't allocate reports to them via the 'Content' tab as the role isn't listed and I also can't build an audience based on 'Has appraisees'.
I can run a report that gives me their names but I can't include their email address without using 'vlookup' to a different report and then we do have some staff who have the same name so it isn't always successful.
Please could I request a couple of changes:
- Appraiser is listed as a role in the 'Content' tab in reports so I can allocate reports to them.
- Can 'Records for user's appraisees under any of the user's Job Assignments' be added to the 'Access' tab under 'Show by user'
- Can we make 'Has appraisees' a rule set for building dynamic audiences.
