I've tried searching a few different ways and can't find where to customize the email users receive when their account has been created. Thanks!

HI Carla!

You can go into the language pack to change the default notifications. The easiest way to find them is to search for strings that include a bit of the email text as displayed in that screenshot in the help doc.
