We're having trouble setting up OpenSesame within Totara.  The OpenSesame vendor suggests that this is a Totara issue.  Our problem is when we sign up for access.  We go to Site administration > Courses > OpenSesame > Sign up for access and enter our company name. After clicking save changes, it takes us to https://register.totaralms.com and we can't go further.  

We found that after entering the company name, it is trying to access the URL https://register.totaralms.com/local/opensesameadmin/request/provison_tenant.php, which is returning a 403 forbidden error.  

We are on version 11.3 and saw that there was a bug fix in 11.6 - TL-17734 Fixed OpenSesame registration, but we can find no details on what the registration issue was to know if this is our same problem.  

Have any ideas?  We hope to patch soon, but our deployment process takes a while.
