Using the Seminar Sessions as my report basis. One of my selected columns is Room Name. We would like to filter on Room Name, but this isn't offered as an option in the Filters. Can anyone explain why?

Currently not all fields available are included in the filter - we try and include the ones that we think would be most useful.
The ones for Room in version 11 include Room availability, Building, Location and map - are you able to use one of these to uniquely identify the records - if not I can add a feature request for this.

Thanks for the quick reply. Because all our courses are delivered virtually, we don't actually have rooms. We use Room Name to store the name of the instructor. We don't use the fields you mention so they won't help us with filtering on a specific instructor. We would love to have you add the feature request that Room Name be a filter.

Thanks for the further details - what can be done is to set event roles and assign trainers to each event.
Then if you use the Seminar sessions report there is a filter for Event trainer .
There are some seminar reports that include the Room name - if you can detail the info that is required one of the existing reports may be able to produce this.
