Thanks for the information - I will try this out.
Are you saying that the HR Import fails if a manageridnumber is not supplied - this shouldn't happen a job assignment could just include position or organisation information.
To assign a user a manager the manager must have a job assignment first and any job assignments that need to be created should be processed later by the code without errors.

I imported a job assignment file without a value in the managerid field and this didn't result in an error for me.
Looking at your file the idnumber field is meant to represent the job assignment number field - you have quite a large number here that looks as though it might be the useridnumber field
Can you check documentation on fields used to see if your file is using the right values?

If you find anything out about the cause of this when testing let us know by creating a ticket in the Helpdesk and will investigate. The error message should be chnaged to reflect the cause of the issue also.

Are you able to create a helpdesk ticket so we can look at preventing this failure - are you processing the user file with the job assignment file ?
