Hi,

I have a reminder set up which is tracking a workshop completion and has a requirement of the feedback activity.

I've had a learner receive the reminder escalation but she says she completed the feedback. When she got the reminder she went in to complete the feedback anyway and got the message of "You've already completed this activity"

I've no way to tell when the learner did the feedback activity as no activity completion was set for it.

My question is how could this reminder escalation been sent when the feedback activity was complete?

thanks,
Larry

Hi Larry

Can you check the Feedback activity to see what the Activity completion criteria is - what I think has happened is the Feedback activity is being marked complete by something other than the submission of the feedback - eg manually marked as complete by the user.

The user is getting the escalation as they haven't submitted their assessment - they have completed the activity.

Selecting the activity completion condition of View as completed if the feedback is submitted should resolve this if this is the case.
