We're on Totara version 11.3.  For performance appraisals, we are finding that for any manager that has new direct reports (staff that have been here but are newly assigned to this manager), the manger cannot see the direct reports' older closed appraisals.  We were expecting that they would see the previous years appraisals.  

Any ideas on why this is happening?  We were thinking it could be something related to the new way the job assignments are separated out in the HR import.
