Is there a simple way of identifying which audiences a particular student is a member of?

Hi Troy,

Have you tried the Audience members report source?

Hi George,

I think that only gives me the option of seeing all the members of a particular audience.

What I am after is seeing the audiences against a particular student.

cheers

Hi Troy

If you filter this report by the user's name the audiences they are a member of should show.

Hi Craig,

Not sure if I am doing it right. I am selecting (View) next to Audience members:

And than it is making me select an audience:

Therefore only giving me members for that particular audience.

Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Regards

Troy

Hi Troy

The report you are looking  is an embedded report .  Embedded reports are system wide reports that may have some coded parameters in them - in this case select an audience.

If you create a User report by going to Site admin > Reports > Report builder > Manage reports > New Report and select Audience Members for the source   and choose the columns and filters required and save this then the prompt should disappear.
