We have Totara build 11.4.

I am not really liking the new activity and resource icons and i realise that i need to look in the activities folder in the Mod folder.

Is there some documentation on how i would go about changing the icon to something we design in house?

Hi Stephen

Flexible icons are used in Totara 11 - the icons for activities are shown under Appearance > Themes > Element library under the mod_ value

See Instructions for overriding these
