There is! What you'll want to do is create the report using a source like Course Completion and use the filters Course (multi-item) which let's you select multiple courses and Completion Status. Run the report with the filters set the way you want them, and you'll see a button called Save This Search appear. Use that to save the search you've entered.

Then go to the Reports tab, choose to schedule the new report, and in the Data field choose the search you created above.
