Audiences

Every user in your LMS is an individual. But when you’ve got thousands of users, it’s not always practical to manage them that way. So, if you aren’t going to assign courses, programs, learning plans and goals individually, how are you going to do it? That’s where audiences come in. If you’d like to learn more about audiences then be sure to register for the webinar taking place on the 7^th November at 10.00AM Central Time where I’ll walk you through how to use audiences successfully in your system.  If you’re busy at 10.00AM then come along at 16.00 Central time.

SCORM

The Academy team recently launched a new course on SCORM. SCORM stands for Shareable Content Object Reference Model and is a framework used to define and access information about learning objects so they can be easily shared among different learning management systems. The standard is most frequently used to launch and track completion of e-learning modules that can be included within Totara Learn courses. Enrol on the course if you’d like to learn more about how to:

·         Add a new SCORM activity

·         Review the SCORM settings on Totara Learn

·         Generate reports on SCORM activities
