Is it possible in Totara Core to add a custom field to make a drop down based on members of an audience (I'm thinking dynamic)? If not is there a plugin that anyone knows about for this, or would I have to create one?

Hi John,
Out of the box, there is not a way to have custom fields that appear in an event based on the audience a learner is a part of, it is a great idea! I'm not aware of any plugins, so it would require custom development.
