I've noticed that the password recovery (linked from the login page) doesn't appear to work and was wondering if there are specific settings that need to be in place in order to make this functionality work.

This should work by default. Can you submit a Support ticket? Can you provide screenshots of what happens & possibly a test login for our Support team?
