Hi Michael,
We are currently developing a new Performance Management product called Totara Perform, which will cater for this functionality. We plan to release it in the third quarter of this year.
I've raised your concerns with the Product Manager of Perform, Michael Ball - he will contact your Partner with a view to understanding the whole issue and agreeing upon an approach. I trust your Partner will contact you when we have agreed upon a course of action.
