Is there a spreadsheet that exists somewhere that has all the configurations in the Site Administration and their default setting (preferably by version)? I need it for a client project and am hoping I don't need to physically document each individual setting.

If you are able to access the database there is a table mdl_config that has a list of the configuration values 1 is Yes and 0 is No
