Hello all,
I'm looking to run a report which would show me which Audiences have been Enrolled or Added and Deleted or Removed from a specific Competency, preferably including which user made these amendments. I've tried several different reports without much luck. We are currently on Totara V9.12.
Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried the 'Site Logs' report source - most changes are recorded here.
How are you are assigning competencies to an Audience - this doesn't seem to be an option in Audiences.

Hi Craig Thanks for getting back to me. I've done some more digging and it seems as though we have a custom built Competency module plugin local to us. We use the Audiences setup in order to enrol competencies to these users. I'll explore more with our administrators as I've checked the Site Logs and can't seem to find reports which include these amendments.

Thanks for the information - you will probably need to modify the customised plugin and create an event so it can be logged . For more information see the docs on creating events.
