Is there anywhere in documentation for Totara 11 that exlains which alerts are in included in the notifications "bell" and which are included in Dashboard alerts?

As far as I understand all notification for Task and Alert are added to the bell.
The type of notifications that can be added to an Alert or Task is able to be customised by each user when they click on the bell and select Notification preferences.
The message types are documented here.
