This was originally a print page for the Feedback activity. It appears to have been overlooked for quite a while.

I've created a Feature request TL-20823 Redesign the Feedback activity preview functionality to have it reviewed.

At present I don't think its possible to remove the icon via the UI - it would probably require some custom work.
