Hi Ravikant,

I recommend reaching out to your Totara Partner to troubleshoot this, as there are a few areas that could be causing the trouble. Please provide your software version, screenshots of the certificate settings, the file you're uploading, and the scenario (e.g. User A has completed course X on June 1, 2019 which should mark the certificate complete.)
