My organization upgraded from 2.7 to 11.6 at the end of last year. We are at a point where we need to make a decision about our next upgrade and there are many features in 12 that we want in our system, specifically the new course catalog and the navigation block redesign. That being said, several of the features listed on the product roadmap would also be extremely beneficial to us (better messaging, course creation UI improvements, the web API redesign and better graphical reporting). 

I am curious about how many of the features on the product roadmap that are in the implementation phase will be ready to go for 13, which I understand should be coming at the end of the year. If most of them will be included, it would make sense for us to wait for 13, but if they aren't going to be released until much later, then we would definitely jump on 12 and take advantage of those features as soon as possible. 

Any insight from Totara team members and other people in the community would be greatly appreciated!
