Is there any way to manually undo a learner's completion at the program level? I know how to do it at the course level, but I'm not seeing how to do this on a program level.
I've gone in & marked this learner's courses as 'Not Completed' but when I look at her dashboard, the courses I've done this with are showing as stand alone courses, they aren't grouped under their respective program - is this because she's completed the program in the past? Is there a way to undo this?

What version are you on? In the latest release, you can go into the Program Completion tab to edit the completion status. Courses can be completed independently of the program, and if they have all been completed, then the program is marked complete as well. So it's possible that if you set the program as incomplete, but the learner has completed the courses, it will automatically be completed again.
Can you let us know why the program needs to be marked as incomplete, for example are you changing the program requirements or courses required? That will help us understand what you need to do.

Thank you for your response. We recently upgraded to version 12 & I am not seeing a Program Completion tab anywhere. We've been using our Totara platform for going on 2 years, but we weren't getting the type of usage from our users like we thought we would so the site became pretty stagnant over time.
For the past 3-4 months, I've been revamping the site: getting it upgraded, reorganizing our content, etc. Recently, we rolled out the upgraded version and our organization thought it would just be best for everyone to start off with a clean slate. We wanted everyone to show 0 program and course completion when rolling out because it had been sometime since most users had reviewed the training.
I was able to clear completions at a course level, but could not do it on a program level. If a learner had completed a program in the past, that program would not show up in their current learning block, despite the courses showing as 'Not yet started.' I was just hoping there was a way to mark a program as 'Not yet started' as well.

The program completion editor is needed to be enabled under Advanced features in the Site administration menu so it shows in the program.
Once this is enabled you should be able to edit the program completion record of a user.
